Tjänsten har länge dragits med dålig support, nu kommer förändring.

Speltjänsten Steam har länge varit känd för sin långsamma behandling av supportärenden. Nu utlovar Valve, företaget bakom tjänsten, se över problematiken. Bland förbättringarna nämns bland annat ett system som ska ge snabbare återbetalningar till kunder.
